The general terms and conditions of the Medu.si online store are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for electronic commerce. Both registered and unregistered users can shop at Medu.si. By registering in the online store system, you obtain a username and password, which are the same as your email address and password. The username and password uniquely identify the user and link them to the entered data. Registration simplifies the ordering process, as you do not need to re-enter personal information with every order.

The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes are effective from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, shopping through the online store or even access to the store may sometimes be impossible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or completely halt the sale of some or all products or to restrict or completely halt access to the online store for a certain or indefinite period. To register in the Medu.si online store, you need a valid email address, to which you will receive an email with registration details. Registration saves time on future purchases, as you do not need to re-enter personal information each time, and you can also track the history of your orders.

When you find the product you want to order, click the “Add to Cart” button. When you want to complete your purchase, click the “Checkout” button and follow the purchase steps.

Steps of the purchase process:

1. Shopping Cart: When you click the “View Cart” button, you can freely change the quantities of selected products. When done, click “Checkout.”
2. At the Checkout:
   • Billing Address: Enter or verify your delivery information.
   • Delivery Method: Choose the delivery method for your order.
   • Payment Method: Select the payment method and confirm that you agree with the general terms and conditions.
3. Order Confirmation: Review your order and confirm it.

The order is complete. Your order will be sent for further processing. You can track the status of your orders in your user account.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

The provider offers the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery: You can pay in cash upon delivery.

• Delivery in Slovenia: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after receipt. The delivery cost is €4, free for purchases over €49.
• Worldwide Delivery: Delivery is also possible to most countries worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated according to the shipping service’s price list.

8. CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer can notify the provider in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods about the cancellation of the contract at the email address info@medu.si. The buyer must return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging, and include a copy of the invoice.

9. COMPLAINTS

If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please notify us at info@medu.si. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will send you a replacement product.
